Hello moon beauties! We hope you all are stepping into February with open arms. Below are our best tips and insights for this month. Whether you’re showering someone you love or indulging in some much-needed love & tenderness for self, take the time to explore these beautiful rituals! 


Language of love: When was the last time you took the time to write a letter? To a loved one, a friend, or even yourself? Pull out your favorite journal or maybe swing by the shop to pick up one of our very own and take the time to really put it all out on paper. Words are powerful and we all could use a gentle uplifting message. 


Prompt: When was the last time you felt a deep appreciation for yourself or for another? What did you and/or another person do or say to evoke that appreciation? Write it down, describe the feeling and reminisce on the lightness it created in your heart. 


Romanticize your skin ritual: At Four Moons Spa we often love to incorporate rose quartz in our treatments to promote a loving, healing and deeply calming energy to our services. So next time you are doing your skin routine try adding in some rose quartz facial tools to bring that same energy home. We love using gemstone rollers or gua sha. Use both from the inward part of the face outwards to promote a beautiful flow in the skin and end with a moment of gratitude for your practice. 


Rosehip for the soul: A lovely fruit and fitting herb for February. Rosehip supports our heart health and is highly anti-inflammatory but beyond that it assists emotional well-being and is incredibly nourishing to the skin. Next time you make your daily cup of tea consider adding in this lovely herb to feel well from the inside out.
