Refund policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, all candles, oils, teas, bath soaks, incense, and other consumable items are final sale once opened. Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We gladly replace items damaged during transit.
Returns accepted within 30 days on unopened, unused products only.

At Four Moons Spa, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, the following Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
Eligibility for Returns
Unused, unopened, and undamaged products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund to the original method of payment, less any applicable shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, products must:

Be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition;

Include all original components, tags, inserts, and accessories; and

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Opened candles, oils, bath soaks, teas, incense, mists, or other consumable products;

Personal care products

Gift cards/certificates

Digital products or downloadable content;

Sale, promotional, clearance, or marked-down merchandise;

Customized or personalized items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within five (5) business days of delivery by emailing shop@fourmoonsspa.com and including photographs of the item and packaging.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items must be returned in accordance with this Policy, and a new order must be placed separately.
Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this Policy, appears fraudulent, or shows evidence of use, alteration, or damage not caused by us.
