We understand that life can be unpredictable and cancelling an appointment is never ideal. Because your service time is reserved exclusively for you, and to remain fair to all our guests while honoring the time and livelihood of our practitioners, we apply our cancellation policy consistently and are unable to make exceptions. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. When this notice isn't met, a 50% cancellation fee is applied. If we're able to rebook the spot, we will refund the fee. For group bookings of four guests or more we require 72 hours notice and the same cancellation policy applies. No show appointments are charged 100% of the service price.

Appointments missed without notice will be charged in full. This ensures we can honor the time of our practitioners, who reserve their schedule specifically for your visit.

We invite you to arrive 10–15 minutes early and complete your online consent form prior to your visit so you can settle in and begin your experience with ease. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to honor the time of all guests, and the full service fee will still apply.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment and is held in alignment with our 24 hour cancellation policy. Your gift card will be applied in person at the time of your visit.

Noise levels can significantly impact the spa experience for both you and others. Keeping your voice low and refraining from loud conversations allows everyone to fully immerse themselves in the peaceful ambiance of the spa.

Our outdoor courtyard, with plush daybeds and our overwater bungalow, is yours to enjoy during your time on property. Settle in, sip complimentary tea or water, and allow yourself to linger. There’s no need to rush. Robes and sandals are available to guests upon request. Due to our locker room's limited availability, we reserve lockers for guests with multiple services or Hammam services. We have several showers with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. We offer razors and hair ties upon request.

Locker space is limited and reserved for guests enjoying multiple services. Showers are available and thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels, lotion, and a blow dryer are also provided. Razors and hair ties are available upon request.
When booking your appointment, you may also choose to enhance your experience with an Infrared Sauna or Outdoor Soaking Tub, available for an additional fee. The outdoor soaking tub and infrared sauna experiences are private and thus have limited availability so we highly recommended booking these in advance.

Yes, we do ask you to share any existing or new health conditions on your intake & consent form so we can thoughtfully support your experience. Communicating relevant health information with your massage therapist or esthetician allows us to personalize your care, support your overall well being, and ensure your treatment is performed safely and in alignment with professional standards. We require your online consent form to be completed prior to your visit.

If you are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation, we require a doctor’s note confirming approval for your selected service. If you have had any recent surgeries, your therapist will want to ensure you have been cleared by your doctor to safely receive care.

Gratuity is not included and is left to your discretion. In appreciation of your therapist’s excellent service and skill, gratuities are always appreciated. The industry standard is 20%.

Four Moons is designed as an adult environment. While most services are reserved for guests 18 and over, we do offer select experiences such as our Teen Facial and may accommodate younger guests with parent or guardian consent and a signed waiver. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability and special accommodations.

While we do not offer food or beverages for purchase on site, you are welcome to bring light snacks and beverages to enjoy during your time with us; however, our refrigeration space is limited. For Moon Magic Days, our concierge team is happy to assist in coordinating lunch options. Hard alcohol is not permitted. If you wish to bring wine or beer, we ask that you wait until after your services to enjoy.
There are many delicious restaurant options nearby that offer delivery. We encourage you to explore local offerings and are happy to provide recommendations.
