SPA POLICIES + INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be canceled. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you let us know at least 24-hours in advance. Group cancellations of four or more require 72-hour notice. If these notification requirements are not met, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the full service price.  

No Shows: Guests who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service(s). We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and may have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.

Late Arrivals: Please have your consent form completed (linked in your confirmation text/email) and arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original reservation fee will be charged.

A tranquil Space: Please keep in mind that Four Moons is a tranquil place so kindly help us maintain a peaceful environment when experiencing the property. For the relaxation, enjoyment and privacy of our guests, please speak softly during your time at the spa. Thank you for not speaking on cell phones, playing videos or music in common areas.

Existing and New Medical Conditions: It is the responsibility of the guest to keep us informed of any changes in health conditions.

For clients undergoing chemo and radiation therapies – Please note that we require a doctor’s note that states the doctor is aware of and agrees to the desired treatment.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the cost of your services. Four Moons Spa feels it is up to the discretion of our guests to determine the gratuity they wish to leave their service provider(s). The Spa industry average is 20% of the service.

Age Requirements: Four Moons Spa offers an adult environment and does not offer services to anyone under the age of 18. 

Food & Drink: You may bring your own non-alcoholic beverages. We have limited refrigerator space, so we are not able to store food or beverages. We do not allow you to bring hard alcohol to the spa. If you would like to bring beer, wine or food, please make arrangements with us prior to your appointment. 

Service Guarantees & Refunds: We want you to have an amazing experience! If your services are not meeting your expectations, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We will do our best to make it right which may include a refund or credit.

Product refunds will be issued within 30 days of the date of purchase with proof of purchase. The product must be unopened and in resale condition.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service: For the health and safety of our guests and staff, our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. If this happens, you will be charged in full for the scheduled service(s) and you will not be permitted to return. 

Confidentiality and Conversation: Only employees with traceable logins have access to your appointment, contact, or payment history. Your information is never sold or shared and is always kept private for your protection. We treat all client visits and conditions as confidential. As such, we will not discuss your visit with anybody outside of our staff without your express permission. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the information we need to best serve you.

You may choose to talk or not talk during the massage. Conversation will be guided by the client’s direction.

Amenities: Our guests who are receiving multiple services are given a locker and provided a robe & sandals. Our two showers are available for all guests. If you are not having multiple services but would like a robe and sandals, please let us know. We keep our locker room stocked with the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair ties + razors). 

We consider our lovely space an amenity and love nothing more than to see our guests relaxing on the property with a cup of our signature tea. If you're cold, we’ll get you a blanket. If you’re hot, we’ll find you a place in the shade. Please feel free to nap, read, journal, or just hang out as long as you’d like. 

Arrival: Our reception area is located in the boutique on the upper property. 

Using Gift Certificate to Book Appointment: In order to book any service a credit card is required to hold + secure the appointment. Please bring your gift certificate with you to be applied in person. Gift certificates are only good for spa services/boutique items, and not applicable towards the cosmic collective services (tarot, private sound baths, spirit reading, etc).
